Why Train?
In every aspect of life there is the possibility of war.
If we desire to avoid insult, we must be able to repel it; if we desire to secure peace, one of the most powerful instruments of our rising prosperity, it must be known, that we are at all times ready for War.

And so we Train. We Train for war; for survive-ability, for an edge . We train so that we are ready, so if we are called upon,we may seize the moment.
We Train to win.
To win a war, you need 2 things more than anything else:
- Awareness -You first must know what kind of war you are waging. There are wars of wit,emotion,and physical combat. Beyond that both situational and self awareness are important tools to train on. Train your self to ask better questions,and you will expand them to a greater capacity than your opposition.
- Physical Ability– Physical Training(PT) needs to be done in such a way that you are constantly improving If your not growing your dead. Maintenance is masturbation. It may feel good but your not doing anything. Aside from the obvious effects of PT(faster, stronger, more agility, etc…) ,you also have the added effects of stress reduction and cognitive enhancement (that’s right Smarter and Calmer) two thing found to be quite an advantage in a fight.
Train to live.
Every thing we train in , we do for our betterment . that’s it. We train to get better. The better we are the better Life is.
You don’t have to watch much to see how far you can go if your willing to train.
